Experienced, dedicated, tenacious, and creative. Just a few words I’d use to describe Louis Moore. My recent home-buying experience was anything but easy or conventional. Louis Moore knew that going into the process and never stopped until I got a key at closing.
The payoff for this deal was on the low end of the spectrum for the agents. Nonetheless, Louis Moore was available to me at any time. I was in charge throughout the process and Louis’s vast experience was critical in guiding decisions.
At one, the point during the buying process, it was certain the deal was at an impasse that could not be negotiated. After weeks of work trying to make it happen it was clear we were going to have to look elsewhere for my new home. I was not looking forward to restarting the process. Louis was undaunted!
