Louis fell in love with Colorado the moment he caught his first glimpse of Evergreen Lake. Like many of us he was not born here, but he got here as soon as he could!
Originally from Ohio, Louis graduated from Hanover College with a major in Psychology and obtained his real estate license in 1986. He went on to design and co-own real estate, mortgage, title, land development and building companies in Ohio & Kentucky. In addition to his work in the beautiful Denver foothills, Louis continues to oversee his Ohio family business and rental properties. Louis also owns an Ohio & Kentucky RE/MAX brokerage and holds supervising broker licenses in both Florida and Colorado.
Louis has had the pleasure of working in Colorado for over twelve years. During that time he has sold a gold mine in Idaho Springs, large land tracts in Trinidad, luxury homes in Evergreen, horse property in Conifer, historic cabins in Bailey, estates on ¼ sections of oil property and wonderful family homes across the front range.
Louis enjoys using all of his talents and expertise in helping people successfully buy and sell homes. He is a masterful negotiator and strategist for his clients. Liz Moore began her real estate career at a young age in her father's offices; making copies, answering phones, and organizing HUD files. She loved tagging along to home showings and watching new homes being built. Liz officially started her career as a Realtor in 2012, shortly after graduating from Gonzaga University. Since that time she has helped hundreds of happy buyers and sellers turn their dreams into reality. In her "spare" time she coaches the Mile High Rowing Club on Cherry Creek Reservoir. Mile High is a nationally recognized and award-winning high school rowing club.
In 2017 Liz was recognized with the prestigious title of top 30 agents under the age of 30 from the National Association of Realtors. During the 2017-2018 Mountain Metro Association of Realtors board year Liz will serve as the youngest Chair in board history. She looks forward to further serving her Realtor and mountain communities.
Debra Kemis Moore

Debra has an entrepreneurial spirit and is passionate about real estate, design and helping people through transition. She obtained her real estate license in 2002, previously owned a high-end staging business, and is a certified Transitional Life Coach. Drawing from years of experience as a Realtor®, Stager and Coach, Debra has built a reputation for her refreshingly friendly customer care and proven ability to guide her clients to a smooth and successful closing. Debra knows how to listen, is generous in offering information, and more importantly, knows when to stop talking. When orchestrating offers for her buyers and sellers, Debra is assertive and effective and is a strong negotiator and advocate for her clients. Experienced, dedicated, tenacious, and creative. Just a few words I’d use to describe Louis Moore. My recent home-buying experience was anything but easy or conventional. Louis Moore knew that going into the process and never stopped until I got a key at closing.
The payoff for this deal was on the low end of the spectrum for the agents. Nonetheless, Louis Moore was available to me at any time. I was in charge throughout the process and Louis’s vast experience was critical in guiding decisions.

Liz is our girl for buying and selling homes. I don’t think she sleeps! If I ever buy out of state, I’m forcing her to come with me. She’s a fantastic realtor.
